What is the SCRUM4 Method Anyway?

With its roots in a proven project management framework used in software development, and adapted for our every day lives, the SCRUM4 Method will transform the way you think about time and help you accomplish your goals.

Why the SCRUM4 Method?

On average, American adults spend nearly seven hours online each day, while tweens and teens spend between four and seven hours. Combine that with hectic schedules and endless to-do lists, and it’s easy to see why our attention feels scattered and our stress levels soar.

The SCRUM4 Method offers a simple, visual, offline system that helps you take back control of your time—reducing stress, clearing mental clutter, and boosting focus and overall well-being.
